Retain and engage talented employees at a critical stage in the employee lifecycle by enhancing’s new joiner experience. 


We used a combination of best practices and unique communication strategies that encouraged employees to openly and honestly voice their opinions. Our design allowed to customize their learning agenda to their employees’ unique needs, identify drivers of engagement, and benchmark against their industry peers.  

We identified that both comprehensive training and feeling challenged to grow are critical to long term employee engagement retention.
